Takedown Policy

MedSkills respects intellectual property and lawful content standards. This Takedown Policy explains how to report content on our website or within our LMS with e-learning content for hospitals that you believe is infringing, unlawful or otherwise objectionable, and how we respond.

1. What you can report

• Content that infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
• Content that is defamatory, unlawful, or violates the privacy of an individual.
• Training material uploaded to our platform without proper rights or authorisation.

2. How to submit a notice

Send a written notice to info@medskills.in with the subject line "Takedown Request". To help us act quickly, please include:

• Your name, organisation and contact details.
• A clear description and the exact location (URL or module reference) of the content in question.
• The legal basis for your request, and evidence of your rights where applicable (for example, proof of ownership).
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorised to act.

3. How we respond

On receiving a valid notice, we will acknowledge it and review the reported content. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the content, and we may notify the party who provided it. We aim to act within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, explaining why you have the right to use the content. We will review counter-notices in good faith.

5. Content hosted for hospitals

Where the content resides in a hospital's own LMS instance, that hospital is responsible for the material it uploads. We may refer your request to the relevant hospital and cooperate to resolve the matter.

6. Misuse

Submitting false or bad-faith takedown notices may itself carry legal consequences. Please make requests responsibly.
