MedSkills is the healthcare learning initiative of MedXL Ventures Private Limited — the dedicated home for our LMS with e-learning content for hospitals. We help hospitals and medical institutions train, upskill and certify their people on one modern platform.
Who we are
Built by a healthcare technology company
MedXL provides end-to-end IT for private hospitals — crafted specifically for 20 to 150-bedded hospitals. From the hospital website to HMS, EHR, social media and learning systems, MedXL manages the technology so clinical teams can focus on patients. Working inside hospitals every day made one gap impossible to ignore: staff training was fragmented, hard to track and rarely audit-ready.
MedSkills is our answer. Rather than treat learning as an afterthought bolted onto other software, we built a focused brand around it — a specialised LMS with e-learning content for hospitals, paired with a library of ready-made courses and a studio that creates custom modules from a hospital's own protocols.
